TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LUCKY DRAW
1. LUCKY DRAW
Scan & Win Lucky Draw is organised by the BAKERSTONER:
The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by BAKERSTONER. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Lucky Draw is open to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:
a. A citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, over the age of 18 years old;
b. Everyone can join this contest and win the prizes even if you are not vapers or smokers during the period from 31st August 2020 to 31st Jan 2021.
c. NOT an employee, officer, director or employee immediate family members of BAKERSTONER. (hereinafter individually referred to as “Participant” and collectively referred to as the “Participants.
BAKERSTONER reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Only registration made during the given period are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw provided that such purchases during the period starting 31st August 2020 to 31st Jan 2021. BAKERSTONER reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability.
4. NOTIFICATION TO WINNER
a. Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the form details.
b. In the event that BAKERSTONER is unable to contact any of the winners within 3 working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of BAKERSTONER. No alternatives will be offered.
5. PRIZE
a. Each winner will only be entitled to win only 1 unit of the prize item.
b. Value of the prizes may vary; BAKERSTONER reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
c. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable.
d. BAKERSTONER makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, including, without limitation, relating to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BAKERSTONER assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
e. Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, BAKERSTONER shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.
6. BY ENTERING THE LUCKY DRAW, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT:
a. any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the BAKERSTONER for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes BAKERSTONER may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided BAKERSTONER with consent;
b. BAKERSTONER may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in BAKERSTONER’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
c. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in BAKERSTONER without further compensation.
d. Your personal data may also be used for marketing and follow up as well as for our sales and product development with the aim of improving our products and services.
e. Failure to follow these event rules, as may be amended, will result in immediate disqualification and loss of prizes.
